You will see first-hand what the agents and the buyers think of your home, and what their intentions might be. You’ll see what they think of your price, discover their favorite features and become aware of their concerns. Showing statistics are available for you to view at any time, 24/7.
In addition, Sara will set up a Showing Calendar for all showings on your home. Most listing agents have buyers’ agents call the seller directly to make arrangements to preview or show the property. This can be extremely time-consuming and stressful for sellers. Sara will take all of the appointment requests and keep detailed records on the Showing Calendar, available to you online 24/7.
The system automatically emails all agents an hour after the scheduled showing with the request for feedback. We get approximately 65% response rate, which is exceptional! This is one more way we strive to make your home sale a stressless experience for you.
