Sara and Daryl were very professional and patient. They guided us through the sale process, making suggestions to help us sell our property in a down market. The home was sold in less than three months. They did not just sell the property, they marketed it. They sat with us and made a professional presentation of the real estate market in general, and the market in our area specifically. A professional video presentation was placed on the web, professional brochures were prepared. They took pains to have qualified prospects as potential buyers, and at the end of the process, guided us through the final steps of the sale. This is my first time selling a home and in a down market an experienced agent is what you really. I was so lucky to have Sara on my side to sell my house in Scripps Ranch and to answer the myriads of questions that come with this process. I am in the military and was deployed overseas while the house was on the market. Sara did most everything . . . okay everything! My house had some issues that needed to be fixed before it was sold. I am so thankful that both Sara and her husband Daryl were able to flawlessly orchestrate the work with contractors, roofers, landscapers, plumbers, cleaners, and handymen. After listing our home with another agent and not selling, we waited awhile and listed it the next time with Sara and Daryl. Wow, what a fantastic team.
