The largest of The Palisades floor plans, Plan 740 finds the master suite and the three secondary bedrooms on opposite sides of the spacious home for maximum privacy. The enormous family room easily has room for a pool table. The Sequoia makes up 37% of Palisades.

The 2nd largest plan, The Elm makes a grand statement with a nearly 3-story high living room as your first impression. Secondary bedrooms are spacious, each with a private bath.
